People and AI agents build your AI agent, web app or business tool, and you get a working prototype early.

Describe it.
We'll sketch the build.

Type what you need in plain words. You'll see the modules, first screens and connections it would take, the way we open a scoping call.

What we're
building.

Our flagship project, designed and built by our team. It puts AI agents to work while the conversation is still happening.

Real-time AI · meetings

A meeting copilot that helps while the call is still running.

It follows a live conversation and puts answers, notes and next steps on screen when they're needed, instead of in a summary afterwards.

  • Listens to the call as it happens.
  • Surfaces the answer to a question before you have to search for it.
  • Keeps a running list of decisions and follow-ups.

AI solutions
for everything.

Eight kinds of work, one team. Scroll to turn the ring; each card says how you'd recognise the problem and what we build.

  1. AI systems

    AI Agents

Agents that run a back-office workflow end to end, with approvals and an audit log.

    You'll recognise this

    • One person is the only one who knows how a process works
    • Hours a day go on copying between systems

    What we build

    • Agents with clear permission scopes
    • Approval steps and replayable logs
    • A queue that hands exceptions to a person

We sit with the process first, write down every branch and edge case, and only then build.

  2. AI systems

    Sales AI

An AI sales assistant that researches, scores and drafts outreach for your team to approve.

    You'll recognise this

    • Follow-ups slip when the month gets busy
    • Leads wait days for a first reply

    What we build

    • Buying-signal scoring for your market
    • Drafted outreach with an approval step
    • Call notes and CRM updates written for you

We define what a real buying signal looks like for your customers, then wire it into one ranked queue.

  3. AI systems

    Marketing AI

Content and campaigns that ship every week, in your brand's voice.

    You'll recognise this

    • Campaigns stop whenever one person is busy
    • Generic AI content that sounds like everyone else

    What we build

    • A content engine tuned on your best work
    • Email nurture sequences
    • One report from spend to pipeline

We pick the one or two channels with the fastest payback instead of spreading thin.

  4. AI systems

    E-commerce AI

Search, recommendations and merchandising that adapt to each shopper.

    You'll recognise this

    • Site search returns nothing useful
    • Every shopper sees the same best sellers

    What we build

    • Search that understands what people mean
    • Recommendations weighted by your margin
    • Cart and browse recovery

We find where shoppers drop off, with numbers, before any model work begins.

  5. AI systems

    AI security testing

We attack your AI agent with your permission, show what breaks and help you fix it.

    You'll recognise this

    • An AI feature is about to launch
    • The agent can call tools or read private data

    What we build

    • Multi-turn attack runs, confirmed by replay
    • A fix for every finding
    • A re-test after the fixes

Code decides what counts as a finding, never the model alone.

  6. Software builds

    Product MVPs and SaaS

Your first version, ready for investors and real users: sign-in, payments, admin.

    You'll recognise this

    • An idea and a deadline
    • A pitch that needs something people can click

    What we build

    • Clickable prototype in the first week
    • Web app with accounts and payments
    • Deployed, documented, handed over

We cut the idea down to the smallest version that proves it, and build that first.

  7. Software builds

    Finish a half-built app

Started in Lovable, Bolt or Cursor and got stuck? We fix it, secure it and ship it.

    You'll recognise this

    • Sign-in or data breaks in odd places
    • It runs on your laptop but won't deploy

    What we build

    • Code review with a plain verdict
    • Fixes for auth, data and deploys
    • A security check before launch

We read the code first and tell you plainly what to keep and what to rebuild.

  8. Software builds

    Business tools and automation

Booking, ordering, billing, dashboards and WhatsApp flows that replace spreadsheets and calls.

    You'll recognise this

    • Orders and bookings live in a notebook or chat
    • Reports take a day to put together

    What we build

    • Booking or ordering app
    • UPI and card payments
    • Dashboards and reminders

We map how work actually moves through your business today, then build around it.

One team instead of six vendors.

Most businesses now buy AI from several places at once. Scroll, and watch each vendor problem turn into the way we work instead.

With several vendors

  • An onboarding call, a contract and a bill for every tool
  • Tools that don't share data or context
  • Connecting them becomes your team's side job
  • Each vendor optimises its own number, not yours
  • When something breaks, everyone points elsewhere

With LarpTech

  • One team, one roadmap, one person to call
  • Systems built to share data and work together
  • Integration is part of the build, not your homework
  • Every build agreed against a result you can measure
  • One owner when it breaks, and you hold the keys

How a build runs,
drawn to scale.

Each block is as wide as the time it takes. The first conversation is short and free; most of the time goes into building and handing over.

  1. 0130 minutes, free

    Scoping call

We hear the problem, check fit and agree what a good result would change. No pitch deck.

  2. 02Days 1 to 5

    Scoping sprint

We find the use case that pays back fastest, review your data and security, and give you a fixed-scope plan and a clickable prototype.

  3. 03Weeks 1 to 3

    Build

Working versions you can test along the way, with approvals, logs and monitoring built in from the first commit.

  4. 04Weeks 3 to 4

    Handover

We put it live, write runbooks, train your team and transfer code, accounts and credentials.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Next system

What we learned carries into the next system, so the second one ships faster than the first.

Bar widths are a typical first build of about 5 weeks. Your plan from the scoping sprint sets the real dates.

Three ways to work with us.

No price list, because no two builds are alike. You get a fixed number before anything is built.

Scoping sprint

Find where software or AI pays back first, before committing to a build.

  • Workflow review with your team
  • Opportunity map with a payback estimate per idea
  • Build-or-buy advice
  • Clickable prototype of the first pick
  • Fixed-scope build plan

Small fixed fee

Ongoing partner

We keep running, improving and extending your systems after handover.

  • Monitoring and improvements
  • New use cases shipped on a schedule you set
  • Plain-language monthly summary

Monthly, agreed up front

Questions,
answered in the open.

What does AI-assisted development mean for my project?
AI tools write first drafts of code quickly, which is why you see a prototype early. Engineers still design the system, review and test every line that ships, handle security and deploy it.
Why is there no price list?
Automating one invoice workflow and building a marketplace are both "software" and nothing alike. The scoping sprint turns your situation into a fixed quote, so you compare fixed numbers instead of estimates.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, infrastructure, documentation, credentials and prompts are transferred at handover. If we keep working together, it's because it's useful, not because you're locked in.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
Then the sprint says so, in writing, with the simpler option. Sometimes the right move is to fix a process first and automate later.
Do you work inside our existing tools?
Yes. We build where you already work: your cloud, CRM, store platform or database. New infrastructure is a last resort and always an explicit, priced decision.
I already have a half-built app. Can you work on it?
Yes. Send us access or a screen recording. We review the code first and tell you plainly whether to fix it or rebuild parts of it.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work remotely and schedule calls around your time zone.
