Who we are

LarpTech is a software studio run by Umesh M, Founder and CEO, from Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. Umesh M is responsible for how LarpTech handles your personal information.

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, any phone number you give, and the details of your project.
• When you become a client: what we need for the agreement, invoices and payments.
• When we contact a business first: business contact details and requests that the business or person has made public, such as a website, a published email address or a public post asking for help.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and files are served from our own site.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, understand your project and send a scope or quote.
• To deliver the project, invoice it and keep records that tax and accounting laws require.
• To write to businesses about services relevant to a need they have shown publicly. Every such message tells you how to stop further contact.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who handles it for us

Our email is hosted by Zoho and our website by Cloudflare. They process data only to provide those services to us. Cloudflare may serve this site from servers outside India.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted within two years of our last conversation.
• Client records: kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we never write to you again.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can name someone to act for you. Write to the contact below and we will respond within 30 days.

How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS, our accounts use two-step sign-in, and only the people working on your project can see its details.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Questions and complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
